Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. Sometimes, a third-party supplier may manage our inventory and be responsible for shipping your products.

Shipping Fees

We offer shipping at the following rates:

Shipping Inside Dhaka 

Shipping Method: Pranzol Express Delivery

Inside Dhaka City, 1 to 3 working days 

Shipping Fee: 80 tk per delivery (depending on the products)

Shipping Outside Dhaka 

Shipping Method: Pranzol Express Delivery

Outside Dhaka City, 3 to 7 working days

Shipping Fee: 150 tk

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

For natural disasters like floods, cyclones, heavy rain and other reasons, the delivery will take more time than the fixed delivery time.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

• Order cutoff time is 6 AM to 6 PM.

• Order processing time is 10 AM to 8 PM.

• Order delivery time is 10 AM to 5 PM.

• For same-day delivery, orders must be placed by 4 PM.

• Order only shipping on business days which are Monday to Friday.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
